Thomas Harney, PT, Rehabilitation Director. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical therapy in 1985 from the University of Connecticut. He has experience in orthopedics, acute care, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Tom has been with Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center since its inception in 2003. Tom has advanced training in manual physical therapy, as well as golf rehabilitation and fitness.
Paul Dinwoodie, MS, PT. Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1983 and Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1994 from Quinnipiac College. Paul has been with Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center since its inception in 2003. Paul has advanced training in rotator cuff injuries, spinal dysfunction, and vestibular disorders including vertigo.
Sharon Overstrom, PT, CHT. Sharon received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut in 1977. She has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting throughout her career with a special interest in working with hands. Sharon received her certification and has specialized in hand therapy since 1995. Sharon has been with Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center since 2003.
Lisa Guilbault MS, PT. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2002 and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2003 from Quinnipiac University. Lisa has been working at Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center since 2004.

Karen Kosior, MS, OTR/L. Karen received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 1997. Her experience includes orthopedic/hand therapy, acute care, geriatrics, neurology, and pediatrics. She received certification in ergonomic assessment in 2001. She has particular clinical interest in hand therapy, splinting, and ergonomics. She joined the staff at Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center in 2005.
Kelli Lavoie, PTA. Kelli graduated from Becker College in 1991 with an Associate in Science degree in Physical Therapy. Kelli joined Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center in 2008. Kelli has worked in many settings including acute care, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Kelli has experience in orthopedics, geriatrics and pediatrics.
Ashlee Martin, PTA. Ashlee graduated from New England Institute of Technology with an Associate in Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2014. Ashlee joined Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center in 2014. Ashlee has experience in orthopedics, geriatrics and neurological dysfunctions. 
Kyleen Magiera, PT, DPT. Kyleen received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY in 2013. She remained at Clarkson to continue her studies, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2016. Kyleen joined the team at Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports Center in November 2016. She has experience providing individualized and patient-specific care for patients ranging from the pediatric to geriatric population.
