A referral from a physician, podiatrist, or a chiropractor is required for all treatments.
PHILOSOPHY
Tri-State Rehabilitation and Sports is fundamentally different from other rehabilitation clinics. Our patient-centered approach allows for an intense focus on the individual during treatments. All of our care is provided by experienced, licensed physical therapists and assistants. All treatments are one to one. We are committed to working with the patient and physicians to develop an individualized treatment plan to assist the patient in achieving his/her goals.
